Privacy Policy

Mourri Bikes & More ("we", "us") operates https://bikes.mourri.net. This page explains what information is collected when you visit and how it's used.

Who is responsible for your data

Mourri Bikes & More, Vosporou 8, 2060 Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus, is the data controller for this website. You can reach us at bikes@mourri.net or +357 95 596768 with any question about this policy or your data.

Information we don't collect

This site doesn't have a checkout, account system, or contact form — there's nothing to submit here, so we don't collect names, addresses, or payment details through the site itself. If you get in touch by phone, email, Messenger, or social media, that conversation happens on the platform you chose to use, under its own privacy policy, not ours.

Cookies, analytics, and why we process this information

If analytics are enabled, a cookie banner is shown before any tracking starts. Where we rely on your consent (analytics), you can accept or decline; declining means nothing is set and no usage data is sent anywhere. Your choice is remembered so you're not asked again on future visits, and you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

If you use the language switcher in the header, a small cookie remembers your chosen language for future visits. We rely on our legitimate interest in making the site usable in your preferred language for this one — it only activates when you choose a language, and page translations are generated live by a third-party translation service and aren't stored by us.

The Contact page includes an embedded map, which loads content from a third-party map provider and may set its own cookies under that provider's privacy policy.

Other companies that process data on our behalf

A few third parties help run this site, and each only sees what's strictly needed for their part:

Google provides the language-translation widget and, if enabled, website analytics — both may involve transferring data to Google's servers, which can be outside Cyprus/the EU. Cloudflare hosts the site and handles security and performance at the network level, and as such can see basic technical details of every visit (see below).

Technical logs and how long we keep them

Like most websites, the services that host and deliver this site may automatically log basic technical details (such as IP address and request timestamps) for security and performance purposes. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working for this. These logs are kept only as long as needed for that purpose and are not used for any other purpose. We don't otherwise build up a store of personal data about visitors to this site beyond what's described above.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to ask us for a copy of any personal data we hold about you (access), to have it corrected if it's wrong (rectification), to have it deleted (erasure), to receive a copy in a portable format, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To exercise any of these, contact us at bikes@mourri.net. If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with Cyprus's data protection authority, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).
